Ligature-resistant products are designed to reduce the possibility of a ligature being attached to them. Our products are sold on the basis that the end client will assess the suitability of the product with regard to their specific application.

For optimum operation a dynamic water flow pressure of between 1 & 4 bar is required.

The Thrii hand wash dryer can be configured to suit the end users requirements in terms of cycle sequence; cycle times and dryer speed (please see our Thrii settings adjustment video for details).

A wall cavity depth of 250mm is required to install the Thrii hand wash dryer.

A 220-240 V 50Hz, single phase, 2.6 to 3.1kW (13 amp fused double pole switched spur) is required to power the Thrii hand wash dryer unit.

A 'lockout' function stops the user from flooding their cell/ bedroom after a certain amount of operations. This can be disabled via the menu settings as laid out in the product manual if it is not required.

The anti-ligature grill ensures that the open waste can not be accessed from the inside but does require effective cleaning to assist the basin from draining fully. We can supply a long bristled brush to help with the effective cleaning of the waste grill.

Yes the auto purge function can be set to operate on the number of days of inactivity for each product connected to the control unit.

The Thrii hand wash dryer is equipped with an energy saving feature, if hands are not sensed for a predetermined time the cycle will stop. When hands are kept in the range of the hand sensor the cycle will operate for its full duration.

All our cast solid surface sanitaryware is manufactured from a composite of fine-grade aluminium tri-hydrate filler (ATH) and the highest quality polyester resins. This provides a close knit molecular structure which is very tough and highly resistant to chemical attack. Coloured polyester chips can be blended with the mix to give a whole range of granite effect solid surface colours.

You can actually repair and refinish our products yourselves by following our solid surface care and maintenance document. In extreme cases of physical damage, the product may require filling. This can usually be carried out in situ by one of our Wallgate engineers, (contact us for details).
